Oliva Spain delivers an Extra Virgin Olive Oil that is derived from the first cold pressing of the olive fruit. As a result of this processing method, we extract a pure natural olive juice with a high concentration of oleic acid and polyphenols (natural antioxidants).
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil display the extraordinary qualities of intense “fruity” flavors together with slightly “bitter” and “spicy” characteristics which come from the high amount of polyphenols, allowing the nutritional properties to remain intact for over 23 months of shelf life thus making our oils the healthy food of choice.
